Remember your Guardian Angel St. Bernards caregivers find fulfillment through our mission of providing Christ-like healing to the community.
Now, patients and family members can initiate recognition of their special caregiver as a Guardian Angel. With a donation of any size, you can acknowledge the efforts of the caregiver who made a difference during your hospital stay.
As one St. Bernards caregiver noted, “I am so very blessed to be a nurse at St. Bernards and to be able to make a difference in the lives of our patients.”
Who may I name as my Guardian Angel? Any caregiver who made a difference in your visit or stay including but not limited to a housekeeper, nurse, technician, receptionist, volunteer, physician, cafeteria staff, security guard, etc. Read more.

From Marilyn...
We love this time of year around the Foundation - so much good is being done by our volunteers, medical staff, donors and friends that its often overwhelming to witness all of the care and giving that surrounds us each day. In this edition of eNews, we've featured the new Guardian Angel caregiver recognition program. In addition I want to let you know of some other exciting things underway or about to happen in and around the Foundation and St. Bernards. I'm especially proud to announce the promotion of Administrative Assistant, Kelli Merryman to Office Manager. Kelli's been the smiling face and welcoming voice at our front door for nearly two years. In her new position, she'll take on some new and exciting responsibilities - we'll save some of that for a later issue but we know you'll be as excited as we are! We'll keep you updated though eNews, our web site, our Facebook page and Twitter! I love your feedback so, please let me hear from you. Click here to send me a message.

Volunteers Make Things Happen!
I hope you've seen two of our most recent publications - the Foundation's newly relaunched newsletter, LifeWings and the June/July '09 edition of St. Bernards Community Healthcare. Both publications highlight one of our greatest resources - our volunteers! As Volunteer Coordinator, it is my joy each day to work with hundreds of volunteers who give of their time and resources simply because they believe in the mission of St. Bernards. You can find both publications online or let me know and we'll make sure you receive a copy in the mail. Dana Housley, Volunteer Coordinator
