Established in 1963, this organization of approximately 130 men and women provides volunteers at nine stations throughout the medical center. Auxilians answer phones, assist patients' families, address visitors' questions and help direct them to patient rooms and/or service areas within the medical center.
This group of community leaders is dedicated to supporting the mission of St. Bernards Medical Center through fundraising, education and healthcare programs that involve the community.
This group of over 120 women was organized in 2003 to assist St. Bernards identify women’s and children’s health issues and to provide insight into how well St. Bernards meets those needs and how they can better meet them in the future.
Hospice House Volunteers offer support and assistance to the families
of patients in the Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House. In addition,
these dedicated volunteers answer phones, perform light clerical duties
and assist Hospice House staff.
The Patient Ambassador Program was developed to provide young adults the opportunity to learn the satisfaction of constructive service to the community and to develop a sense of civic responsibility.
